Enter below either your Trial or Active User ID and Password, which you were previously issued. If our computers do not authenticate your User ID and/or Password, notice of such will popup on your computer screen. If this occurs, check to be sure you’ve entered your User ID and Password correctly. Both are case sensitive. Once you’ve entered your information and our computers authenticate them, a Subscription Page will be displayed. From the Subscription Page read and choose the features and services you want access to. We provide 4-different versions of OST-IraCharts. Located at the bottom of the Chart Versions is a link. Click on it. It will display, Side-by-Side, a comparative view of what each version provides. Choose by exchange whether you wish to view Live or Delayed Streaming quote data. There are 9-different Live Streaming News Packages to choose from. FuturesLine, our live audio commentary service is described and located under the “Features Section” of the Subscription Page.

IECo Customers

IECo customer subscriptions start at $29.95 per month. We prorate the software cost dependent upon the day of the month your subscription starts. The Exchanges and News Vendors do not to prorate their monthly subscription fees.

Futures Academy Customers

Current Futures Academy Students and those members that subscribe to “Continuing Education” are provided with FREE access to one of the OST-IraCharts versions. Members of The Futures Academy must enter their Academy ID on the Personal Information area of the Subscription Page. Once you do so, an Academy Subscription Page will populate.

Free Live Quotes

Both Globex and eCbot Quotes are included FREE on versions of OST-IraCharts that support live quotes, as long as you are a Self-Directed IECo Customer, placing your own orders. Either in the Setup Wizard or once in the software, go to the Order Entry Properties and enter your IraTrade User ID and Password. This will activate the live quote feature and turns on the real order entry features the OST-IraCharts version you’ve chose to use provides.

Note: Your IraTrade User ID and Password are different from your OST-IraCharts User ID and Password. This is a security design. Should you not remember them please contact our Margin Department during daytime business hours and explain your situation.

Subscription Renewals

All subscriptions automatically renew month to month. Charges will be posted to your IECo Trading Account or credit card shortly after the 1st business day of each month.

Subscription Modifications

At any time you can modify the services you wish to receive or stop receiving by logging into the Subscription Page and making your modification.

It is on the Subscription Page you add, delete, upgrade or downgrade the charting versions and services you want. Changes to your subscription take place upon your next login. Therefore, once you make changes on the Subscription Page, it is wise to save your chart pages, logout and back in.

If downgrading services, we recommend you make that change close to the last business day of the current month. The reason for this is that our refund policy is simple. There are no refunds. Therefore if you’ve already paid for something, use it as long as you can while in the current month.

Personal Information

It is in this section of the Subscription Page that you enter your IECo Trading Account Number or Futures Academy Student ID. When you do so, a Subscription Page linked to this information will be displayed. You must enter an active IECo Trading Account and/or an active Futures Academy ID in order to access the exclusive features of the software for IECo customers and Futures Academy members.
